Is that 100 each or total?

I'm assuming that's total.
First thing we'll need is lots of trail rations (5sp/1lb) and backpacks (2gp/2lbs) for carrying them. I'm not sure how many packs we already have. Zazi has the one she stole from Bonel, at least.
We'll need water, too, since you don't wanna drink the stuff that's flowing through the sewers... I assume Cathbadh can create water daily for us as long as we have containers to hold it, so we should invest in a large collapsible container (like a sheep's bladder) that can catch the water we create, and then we can fill our individual water skins from it. Zazi will need to buy a water skin (1gp/4lbs) for herself.
We'll have to estimate how many days it'll take us to get down there and back. If we get 10 days worth of rations per person, that adds up to 25gp total for the party. Pathfinder has a cheap food item called Wandermeal that's a fraction of the price, but causes malnutrition if you don't supplement it with protein and vitamins every few days. Would that item be allowed in this setting?
The non-orcs in the party will need light sources. It might be worth getting a lantern, but I'll leave that up to you guys. Maybe Rowelliam can just cast spells to make light. Just put Zazi on point to check for ambushes before you light anything up.
With a druid as our only healer, we might consider getting a couple scrolls of Cure Minor Wounds (125sp) or Cure Light Wounds (25gp) or something to stabilize dying people in an emergency. I was hoping to negotiate for a wand, but :(
Rope (1gp/10lbs) and grappling hooks (1gp/4lbs) - we might as well get two of them in case we lose one or have to leave it hung up somewhere. Climber's kits are unfortunately a bit too pricey for our limited funds (they cost 80gp).
Soap (5sp/1lbs) would be useful, since we're going into the sewers. But since bacteria haven't been invented yet, I don't know if we'd ever consider washing our hands.
We may or may not need a tent (10gp/20lbs). Since we're indoors, the weather isn't a factor, but we may still need one to keep the bugs and rats away from us while we sleep.
One last thing that might come in handy is a smokestick (20gp/0.5lb), as something we can throw down in an "oh shit" moment if we get ambushed by ranged attackers from hidden or unreachable positions. It would give us time to escape and regroup. A lifesaver in the right situation, but it's kind of expensive and we may not need it, especially if the campaign module was designed around melee encounters.
In summary, that's: - Water skins - Large water container - Rope - Grappling hook - Trail rations - Backpacks - Soap? - Tent? - Torches or Lantern & Oil? - Healing scrolls? - Smokestick?
As a last resort, if we run into any obstacles we don't have gear for, or if we run low on supplies early, we can abort and go back to street level to buy the gear we're missing... as long as we don't cause any cave-ins or drop down any unclimbable chutes.

Shall I make appraise checks here for all of our current items? Note that I already made a check for the journal in the IC thread, with a result of 12.
Hmm... maybe I should have just taken 10. Secure Rolls: Appraise Cloak 1d20(7)+5 = 12 Appraise Backpack 1d20(14)+5 = 19 Appraise Small Pouch 1d20(4)+5 = 9 Appraise Satchel 1d20(1)+5 = 6

It's 100 gp total, that's the advance from Lady E.
It shouldn't take more than 3 or 4 hours to reach the location on the map (barring any unforeseen difficulties). Investigating the area is another matter.
I never particularly liked the cost/weight of D&D rations to begin with, so I'll allow Wandermeal. Especially since 350 gold buys a character Everlasting Rations from the Magic Item compendium.
I've put up an improved list. Items in Bold are containers. Clicking that item's cell will expand the cell and show the container's contents.

Are the contents of containers meant to be private? I can see what's in Cathbadh's pouch.
Hmm, so if this is potentially a day job we won't really need much in the way of rations.

When I have time in game, and have a bit of money, I can create any scrolls we need, first level or 0 level, that is. I can make them at half price, and have a 13 in 20 chance, with two tries, in making any scroll.

Scribing a scroll requires one day per each 1,000 gp of the base price. The minimum amount of time to craft an item is one day. For the purpose of crafting items, a day is 8 hours. However, a loophole to this rule is that you can scribe a scroll that contains multiple spells.
FYI: Artificer scrolls are neither Arcane nor Divine. They are useless to any other character type that doesn't have a Use Magic Device check.

Revised Loot is up.
It's only after she leaves that it's discovered that Lady E. gave the party a small bonus of 300 gp on top of what she promised.
Lunia refuses to take any share of the loot offered. It's enough that guild offered her such hospitality and now Cathbadh is helping get home safely.
The sale of any items was divided between Cathbadh, Zazi and Rowelliam. (Verrik was only promised a share of the reward for changing sides)
Klem was only cremated with his promised reward from the adventure, not the bonus. The bonus, as well as his items were given back to the group by the priests (I assumed that his equipment was sold off).
With the help of Bodik's extensive library and a couple of taste-tests the potions are identified, they aren't anything too out of the ordinary.
The properties of longsword are likewise determined with a little practice and Rowelliam's examination of the blade.

I vote that Verrik should at least keep the equipment that he put on for the fight with Saber, as long as he plans on staying with the guild. If he leaves, he forfeits that equipment.
Zazi will keep Klem's halberd in her room rather than selling it. Klem's adventuring supplies should also stay with the guild rather than be sold. And if Verrik wants, we can adjust Klem's chainmail to fit him.
If there is a consensus among the group to buy a wand for healing, Zazi will pitch in her fair share of the cost of it, since we'll all be sharing its benefits.
Also, I see that Bonel's satchel contains some paper and ink. Zazi will hand those supplies over to Rowelliam, deciding he'll get more use out of them.
Between the +1 longsword, the MW rapier, and the MW heavy mace, Zazi should only claim one of them. I'd say the mace would make for a better sidearm, replacing her club, and either Verrik or Rowelliam can grab the longsword (not sure what an artificer's weapon profs are - we could switch, perhaps).

As an elf, Rowelliam can use either the longsword or the rapier. However, I am not the greatest at melee, much better with ranged weapons.
I would not be against selling the magical longsword and splitting the money from the proceeds.
Zazi should carry one or two of the cure light potions on her, just in case. I have a two healing spells on a scroll. And we will have a cleric now. Not that sure if we will want to spend money at the moment on a wand of CLW. And I can 'heal' the warforged with my infusions.
I would claim and carry one of the sunrods in my backpack.
I have to be home and look at the price of items before I decide what I can afford to buy, after making scrolls. I may decide to be frugal and save most of it and try to get a longbow +1 as soon as I can afford it.

+1 weapons cost 2300gp plus the weapon price. For this reason, it would be wasteful to sell the one we've got. Zazi will claim it, or else swap it with Verrik for the mace (and some other things she wants from him).
A wand of CLW is the most economical way to heal people after prepared spells have run out, with the exception of crafted items (12.5gp per crafted scroll vs 15gp per use of a store-bought wand), but also consider the failure rate on crafting your scrolls. If we had a wand on us from the start, we wouldn't have had to make that trip back to the surface to rest between battles.
The other advantage to having a wand of healing is that it allows our cleric to use his spell slots for more interesting cleric spells.

personally i would love a wand of CLW because as Jeeeoker stated i can then use my spells for other spells other than just saving them for healing. but seeing as i'm only just joining if u want to spend it on other things i don't mind its ur cash :)

Yeah..Zazi should use the magic longsword, makes the most sense.
Ok, i'm not against it, and I'm not spending my dough on anything else at the moment...CLW Wand it is.
I created 12 new scrolls with remaining 1st level craft reserve, so I'm pretty set for some spells for a bit.
I will take the masterwork rapier then...Not that I'm hopping right into melee, but I am proficient with it.

Loot sheet changed to reflect requests
Klem's items will not be sold.
Zazi will take Klem's Halberd and the +1 Longsword Verrik will take Klem's Shortbow and Chainmail. (When he's not shifting, he's better fighting at range.)
The items that Verrik used in the ruins (the Scale Mail and the Masterwork Mace will still be sold).
Rowelliam will take the Masterwork Rapier and a Sunrod.
The Wand of Cure Light Wounds will be purchased from Zazi and Rowelliam's shares. The remaining gold can be divided between them.
Klem's adventurer's kit (his backpack, rope, waterskins, etc.) will remain with the guild unless sold off.

Once she finds out about it, Vhaja will offer what she can reimburse Zazi and Rowelliam. Loot sheet has been changed to reflect that.
If Tyi and Gorth are also both willing to contribute to the cost of the wand I'll adjust the loot again.

Divided the cost of the wand 4 ways - which means that Vhaja owes 32.5 gp to Zazi, Rowelliam and Tyi.
