Dodgeing round behind his two assailents Chris draws his knofe not a granade. The young vampire girl gathers herself and shouts:

"stop it! Stop it! You bone heads they are like us there is no use in feasting on them comeon we'll just have to hunt else where! Let this mongrel and his bitch be!"

After shouting this the girl begins to back away with a slight smile on her lips. Looking down the barrel of Sophie's gun she says in a quiet threatning voice:

"Next time we won't be hunting for food bitch and your just my type, then things will be different. Your lucky we have no time to waste on you tonight."

Obviously this girl has a thing about other women.. she turns to leave the area. The other gang members back down not wanting to continue the fight unless you force them too.

I have been reviewing martial arts combat tapes and those guys can punch up to 6-8 times a second but in all the tornaments I am watching they are getting 2-3 hits in over a second as the opponent is also trying to hit them and dodge etc so I am going to run multiple actions like fire arms. Simply put you split your dice pool and each action after the first gets harder by one untill you reach the max difficulty of 10 so for a punch which starts at dificulty 6 you can punch up to 5 times with one hand and 4 with your off hand (starts at dificulty of 7 unless ambidextrous) if you are ambidextrous it would be 5/5 total of 10 punches in the round given you have enough dice to split to that many punches (would require dex of 5 and brawl of 5 each punch getting a single dice). does this make sence to you all? I am just trying to mimic real life as it is easier to pull off one accurate punch than a 10 hit combination in a fight, same goes with swings of a sword or shots from a gun.

I think so. Will it work the same way for knives. Like the switchblade Chris has. But it has the Double Strike special manuever which allows me to split my Dice Pool into two attacks, but add +1 Dice for each attack. For Chris that would be 4d10 (Difficulty 5) for each attack. w/o Celerity. Though for a cost Blood Points, I could do two attacks also, but 6d10 (Difficulty 4) for each attack not using the Double Strike special.

Chris licks his lips and smiles, exposing his fangs at the girl, "Lets meet again little girl. I'm sure you'll taste good."

Steps back and lets the gang members flee.

I am still sorting that out which book is that manuver in? and I am still trying to understand why in warewolf the appocolypse a knife is dificulty 4 not 6 and a punch is difficulty 6 yet in the vampire book I have a knife is Normal difficulty which is 6 same as a punch can you explain this to me? Because to me it is easier to punch someone then stab them.

The maneuver is in the Player's Guide under the Knives entry. As for why a Knife is 4 and a Punch is 6. An untrained person can hurt you with a knife. But only a trained person can hurt you significantly and consistantly enough with a punch. Also if you don't know how to throw a punch, you can do more harm to yourself. I've seen a person break his hand because he punched another guy in the face. The guy that got punched wasn't even hurt. In my Vampire book, Knife has difficulty 4.

Using celerity is another matter all together that is getting another full action. Regarding Special Maneuver: Double Strike, if you read the warewolf the appocolypse rules a knife starts at dificulty 4 and if you split your dice pool you can take 2 stabs (under the multiple action rules) and there is no increase in dificulty but this causes problems in it's self e.g. combine this with rage for a warewolf concept knife fighter ahrune Lupus with two fang dagger fettishes dex of 5 melee of 3 rank 1 and you can attack 8 times in around 4 timnes with each hand, roll one die per attack at a dificulty of 4 for each roll with a min of 6 dice damage (for str of 1) per attack doubling that damage with each attack by rolling gnosis, Add spending 5 rage to this and you make 40 attacks each with a single die at a dificulty 4 to hit. With a possible max agrivated damage of 480 agrivated boxes thus massive rule rape. Of course this would all be solved if we just said that you can't split your dice pool to make multiple melee or brawl attacks unles you are useing your off hand (at an increased dificulty of +1 unless you have ambidexterity), or a special manuver such as your double strike. what do you think?

To keep things simple, I like the idea only allowing multiple melee/brawls unless you have offhand or special maneuver.

This shall be the rule for the rest of this Game as originaly stated For all brawl or melee attacks you can split your dices pool to take a second attack as long as you are using your off hand or a special manuver.
