Jessica's magic missle hits but as her wand sends a bead of force toward T6. (oops didn't see your save.. save ends) The sting of the poison seems to abate for now as her young body is able to adjust to it's effects.
Kelzanarr, you're able to get to the bottom of where Pitch climbed up the raingutter. Whereas Pitch was able to use T4 to sping up to the roof, you will have to wait until next round to make the climb (you don't have to re-roll your Athletics check. I'll keep your roll for next round) Secure Rolls: Jessica's perception check 1d20(18)+7 = 25 Jessica Save 1d20(3) = 3

Aelonn You heroics do stabilize the little kobold. You save his life yet again and now he owes you double.
Pitch "Hiyyaaahh"
Pitch attempts to use his Perfect Mount on T6 in order to make it a bigger target and to help his fellows to see it. However, the slippery roof proves to be a hinderance as he lost some of his footing and wasn't able to get enough 'air' to get on top of T6. Secure Rolls: attack 1d20(9)+7 = 16

Thug 6 (Standard at will)Swings another short sword thrust toward Pitch as he tries to mount her. And the acrobatic kobold is struck for his attempt. In blinding speed, the assasin shifts three square down the slope and fires another daggar at Jessica.
Jessica is hit with another blade. She again feels the sting of the poison that runs anew in her veins. -11 hp with the poison
(Minor) T6 whistles a signal to her fellows (Move) T6 moves back down the back of the roof top westward.
Secure Rolls: Attack 1d20(13)+10 = 23 damage Pitch 2d6{(2)(3)}+6 = 11 Flickering Blades 1d20(12)+10 = 22 Flickering Blades 1d4(2)+4 = 6

Thug2 with the help of his friends, he finally shakes the sleep spell and wakes up. Confused by all that is happening around him, he can do barely do anything other than to draw a weapon and defend himself (ready action)
Thug 5 releases him and T2 stands on his own two feet.
Thug 4 Continues his retreat and is gone from combat.
Jessica is barely standing and feels faint from all of the vileness in her veins Roll another save -5hp if you fail and you fall unconscious after your action. and then your action.
Why is it a child is the target of such wrath?

Round 5 END OF COMBAT?!
Taking creative license to move the story along.
Jessica your vision blurs with the infusion of poison into your system and you fall unconscious.
Kelzanarr You continue your slow climb up the slippery water spout to the top of the roof. You see T6 with her half painted face. "Well Done!" she yells to you, "But the Cleric lives because we wish it so.. not because of your misplaced bravado.". With that, T6 jumps off of the roof onto the street below.
Rufus Seeing Jessica collapse, runs to her aide and examines her. "I have nothing to pull out the poison. We need to get her to the temple if she is to live. NOW!.. Please help me gain safe passage. I will carry her.."
Thug 3: "Take these words back to your temple, priest!.."the children are lost and no longer the concern of Amaunator."
Thug 3 rear guards while thug2 and thug5 retreat around the back of the building up north.
Pitch: Jumps up and down and beats his chest as he yells back at the retreating T6. "Yeah you git. Pitch scare you off. You..." followed by something not translateable in draconic. Obviously some slur or profanity. ... Pitch is great warrior and protector!

Aelonn hesitates a few moments, not sure if this is a reprieve from battle or merely a brief respite. However, knowing his new friend is at death's door, and an apparently innocent little girl is not far behind, he stows his weapons, scoops up Ditch's limp body, and joins up with the priest.
"All right, we'll go with ya... Do ya think there's anythin' you c'n do fer my, uh... friend here? I mean, seein' as he helped save yer life an' all..."
Then he yells to his comrades on the roof, "C'mon fellas! We gotta get Ditch and this lil girl here to the temple!"

Kelzanarr responds with uncommon haste--he literally falls off the roof and, after standing, picks the girl up gently. "Lead the way, cleric," he's says grimly.
If the cleric tries to carry the girl, Kel insists on carrying the girl. He goes wherever the cleric leads.

"Yes, the temple will help your slave."
Giving as good as they got, the heroes pickup their fallen and make haste toward the Temple of Amaunator. Luckily it's not too far and for what it's worth, their foes were equally damaged and left to lick their wounds. Whether true or not, the words of the assasin seem to indicate that their intention was just to warn the priest.
The temple is a couple blocks away and Ruphus leads the way as Aelonn and Kel carry the fallen.
Up as small flight of stairs and Ruphus opens the dowuble doors of the temple.
The temple is lit brightly with the icons of the sun illuminating the cold stone masonry. The smell of incense fills the entry room and as the doors swing open priests, and worshipers turn to see what the rukus is all about. Most of the entry room is bare except for the standing 'prayer tables' where candles and incense offerings are left and a pedistal with an ornate stone box with a slot carved into it.
Ruphus quickly confirs with other priests and one of the senior clerics returns from an antichamber and lays hands on both Jessica and Ditch. "They will need to rest to recover, Do you have a place to stay?"
With the emergency over, "How did this happen? it looks like more of you may be in need of healing."
Ruphus immediately speaks up, seeing that this is all because of him. "I was going back to the orphanage, I misplaced my holy symbol, when I was assaulted by thieves. These people came to my rescue.." He sheepishly turns away awaiting the head cleric's admonishment.

Kelzanarr shakes his head. "I need no healing, only rest." His words seem true, as he appears no worse for wear from the incident, if a bit tired. "everything the cleric says is true," he says to the head cleric. "I swear it by Tempus and Aumanator."

"I don't think they were after any of my meager coin. We do not carry much.
There's been many disappearances in Cauldron in the past months. Its got the whole town on edge. Just recently four children went missing from the Orphanage. I was sent to comfort the children and offer prayers. I stayed the night because it was late, and returned to the temple this morning only to realize I had left my holy symbol at the orphanage. I was on my way back to retrieve it, when the thugs appeared and grabbed me. It appears they think I was snooping around to find out about the missing children but that is the concern of the town guard and was not the purpose of my visit."
Ruphus recognizes Jessica from the orphanage. "She has no parents. She is one of the children from the orphanage."
