Cabriole will take a position towards the rear, but not the last. Third or second to last would be best, so he can adjust for crossbow shooting or power using. He also reloads his crossbow with a fresh bolt and keeps it ready for another attack.

Isar'Cylyth will stay in the back, unless the other insist otherwise. She dons her shield and readies her handbow.

You continue in the lonely darkness for a while, spying not other forms of life, or even unlife until you begin to travel through a tunnel. Whilst navigating through there you see, 60ft ahead of you a 8ft. tall powerfully built man, well at least he would be if he was more than a skeleton made of rock instead of bone. Once it has seen you it lowers it's greatsword and reaches down to grab some of the stones on the path.
Map here.

"Take cover!"
Dureka tries to flatten himself against the cave wall on his left, to make less of a target with the stone about to come their way.

OOC: Sorry for my absence. Work has not been to friendly to me as of late. I will try to keep up.
BIC: Keenyn finishes inspecting the kukri that the Drow is claiming is hers. He returns the curved blade to its sheath and then hands it over with a smile to the female Drow, "Lady huh? So we're in the presence of royalty are we? Well Lady Isar, perhaps we can help each other? Maybe we can get you where you need to be to finish your rite of passage. Our people usually like to kill each other on sight but, I don't see an immediate threat and we helped you out of a certain death. I think that goes a long way and you haven't tried to outright attack us or sneak up on us and attack us. I will promise you though, if you try and hurt anyone of my companions, I will take to my peoples' practices of old and I will try and kill you. I expect a double-cross at some point in our future but right now, we need each other more than don't need each other. Is that clear enough M'Lady?"

Cabriole frowns and sighs when he spots the strange skeleton thing. "I hate... things. Why couldn't it just be another spider?"
Restricted by the narrow passage, Cabriole's first instinct is to push past his allies and put as much distance between him and the creature as possible until an opportunity for attack presents itself. Instead, he sees what Dureka did and chooses to do the same, pushing up against the wall and preparing to avoid the stone. In the back of his mind, he considers whether or not the thing will actually attack, but then realizes that, chances are, it will.

"Your point is well made, I see now why you are deemed 'Fallen' elves, you like us have a wisdom and sensibility the others lack and fear. I am not royalty, not yet. Once I have enough power and experience then I shall return to my house to challenge our current matriarch for the title, that is my rite. Perhaps if you are willing you can be of help then as well?"
****
Quirking an eyebrow at the skeleton, "Is there a reason everyone is so afraid of some pebbles? And I thought my people were suspicious. I guess fallow your lead." with that she presses against the wall like the rest.

Knowledge Results: It's some from for Necromental, a rare form of undead made from elementals. They still draw sustenance from their element, but are suffused with negative energy.
The creature does not move or speak, it just stares at you with it's empty cavernous eyes as it most the small rocks within its hands.
Initiative checks?

Cabriole delays a moment, thinking to himself. He mutters, "I wonder if it has-" but is cut off by Isar'Cylyth's attack. He sighs, then sees his opportunity for attack. He quickly steps back towards where the Drow had been standing, then aims his crossbow. He shouts to his allies to be careful, then shoots a bolt at the creature.
OOC: Moving to B11 and shooting with 13 attack for 6 damage. Also I'm not sure about how you judge shooting through allied squares. If you don't put penalties on it, I'll keep my action as is, and if you do I'll move to whichever square will afford me a clear shot. Secure Rolls: Init 1d20(9)+4 = 13 Xbow attack 1d20(12)+1 = 13 Xbow damage 1d10(6) = 6

Initiative Order: Isar'Cylyth Rusty Necromental Keenyn Cabriole Dureka
Round 1: Rushing forward and brandishing her shield emblazoned with her unholy symbol Isar calls out to the necromental, "Tremble before majesty of the Burning Darkness, and know that you are animated by the merest spark of Fairryah's Eternal Flames!" The skeleton drops its stones to the tunnel floor and collapses to its knees before the priestess. (Rebuked for 10 rounds)
Once more the green blade appears in Rusty's hand and he tosses it at the Necromental, but he didn't compensate for the distance and the dagger comes short melting on impact and dissolving some of the floor with it. His hound Genesis prefers the more upfront approach and charges the thing, but is jaws fail to get past the creatures armor.
The necromental cowers before Isar's might.
Keenyn fires his bow, but even though the necromental isn't defending itself, it's still made of stone and the arrow harmlessly glances off.

Cabriole looks at his crossbow in disgust, infuriated by how useless the thing has become for him. He then tenses up, closing his eyes and focusing all his physical energy on to the gem he procured from his pocket. He then rushes forward, racing past his allies to place himself in a proper position. He then shouts loudly, releasing all the tension from his body in a massive burst as his gem releases strong blue light.
OOC: Using the Mind Thrust power with an extra damage augmentation. Moving within 6 squares of the enemy first, to be within range. Will save of 14 negates the 16 damage Secure Rolls: Mind Thrust Damage 2d10{(9)(7)} = 16

Hijacking Keenyn to move things along.
Round 2:
While maintaining her air of authority Isar'Cylyth fires her crossbow, but perhaps it would have been better if she aimed instead of just looked stately while missing.
"Hm, I don't think we'll make any progress like that, perhaps this will help." Rusty intones a spell and fires a dull grey beam from his finger at the skeleton. The ray doesn't seem to have caused any real damage but the stone comprising it's from begins to flake. Sensing an opportunity the hound Genesis takes another snap at the undead, but is unable to crack the bone.
The necromental continues to cower. (9 more rounds)
Once more Keenyn fires his bow, and this time his bow strikes true. 1 damage to the necromental
Cabriole tenses up, closing his eyes and focusing all his physical energy on to the gem he procured from his pocket.
