Prophecies of Lurdaan

I understand there are some people who want to play in a 3.5 games with all the books available. I'm willing to do just that, however I will let you know in advance; I have jacked with all the races and deities. Not all of them that are posted at this moment can be considered final versions.

The setting will incorporate... well... pretty much everything. It would have to for it to include all the material. A large part of the metaplot revolves around the Elwes being pretty miffed that the Humans survived the apocalypse (that the Elwes may or may not have caused themselves). There will be areas of high magic and areas of high technology spread throughout the world and there's at least one city for every fantasy trope.

Still in beginning preparation steps but I'm throwing it out there.

Happy Dance!!

A lot of 3.5 games I'm in are either dead or moving really slow.

thirded...
I'll have an idea for a character by nights' end.
You are not your magic weapon and armor. You are not your spell buffs. You are not how much gold you have, or how many times you've been raised from the dead. When a Big Bad Demon snaps your sword in two, you do not cry because that was your holy avenger. You leap onto its back, climb up to its head, and punch it in the eye, then get a new damn sword off of the next humanoid you headbutt to death.

Alright, feel free to join in the OOC thread in the game if you have any questions about races, classes, etc.

If you could all just quickly PM me a one or two sentence character breakdown so I know what classes and roles I'll be dealing with, then I'll know what parts I need to focus on and get all the rules issues straightened out.

I also want to close recruitment before things get too out of hand, you've all shown a fair amount of interest but I don't want the game to be too bogged down with too many individuals to keep track of. I thought about having two adventuring parties run simultaneously, but have not put any thought into it beyond that, so one group it is.

Last call for recruitment, I'll likely be closing it tomorrow. Thanks.

Arg >.< Too full up on games to do this one too. I can forsee WAY too much thinking going into the posting, so... *sigh*. It sounds amusing as heck, though!

After thinking about it for a bit, I think I'm going to pass.

Looks like you have enough players anyways, have fun.
