Any news on the new mapper? I'd like to go back to using maps, and I miss the old mapper, even with all its imperfections.

UDPATE: Well, it's going slower than I planned. Trying to finish implementing object movement (characters) and attachment to IC Threads. Not sure if I'll get that finished today or not :(

I'm sure most of us can wait, even though we might have saliva dripping from our mouth due to anticipation.
Really looking forward to the official release of the new mapper. The woman was being chased by hellhounds. And then, over the pounding of her life in her ears, she heard another sound. Hoofbeats, but unshod. She glanced over her shoulder. Gaining quickly on her came a unicorn. “Get on!” it commanded. The woman grabbed a handful of silky mane and pulled herself up on the broad back. Suddenly a thought struck her, almost causing her to lose her balance. “I’m not a virgin!” she wailed. “That‘s hardly my fault,” the unicorn replied.

Oh great BOB how goes the new mapper as I have some heavey combat comming up and I would love if it was working. at the moment I can't even samp a tile onto a new map I create.. this is frustrating

Ouch.. If the fantastic mapper function the great bob made isn't working then I will just use dunjini to create an ongoing combat map and update it every round conecting it as an image with a link in the side bar I think.

I have hacked together a mapping system which allows players to move their own icons. You can check out the login system and map here in the left side panel. Each player has a separate login. After you login you have simple controls which allow you to click on a square which is where you want your character to move to and then click a save button. All actions are saved to a log which is viewable via a DM. The map itself is just an image so I would need to provide the ability to upload an image which shouldn't be too hard. I have set up the system to cater for any number of games and different maps within the same game. If you're interested to know more let me know. It might suffice until Bob finds time to finish mapper v2.

sorry Underworl tis not opening for me A the moment I am using Dunjini to make the maps but looking at incoporating Battle grounds for my players.
